Becoming a valued client of Rich Visions Social means you adhere to our terms and conditions which have been created to protect us both as we work together. Please note, however, these terms can change without prior warning, so please remember to check back regularly to familiarise yourself with the latest version.

Payments and Refund Policy

On joining Rich Vision Social you agree to a minimum of 3 months contract with payments taken by direct debit in advance of the upcoming month unless otherwise agreed.

Within five working days of becoming a Rich Vision Social client, the first payment will be taken. Future payments will complete on or close to this date each month until a request to terminate the agreement has been received in writing.

If you wish to terminate our agreement, you must contact us in writing at least ten working days prior to when the next payment is due to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

In the event of no payment being received on any given month, all activity by Rich Visions Social will be suspended until our fee has been successfully received.

Please note, payment and activity start dates can differ. Sometimes planning and content creation can start before the first payment is received. If this is the case, it’s important to bear in mind that should you choose to terminate our agreement, your written cancellation request must arrive with us at least five days prior to the date the activity started or you will be liable for the following month’s payment.

As payment is on a rolling basis, Rich Vision Social does not offer refunds. Therefore, please note the minimum ten-day termination requirement outlined above.

Copyright and Ownership

Clients retain the copyright for all content created by Rich Vision Social (including videos and images) unless otherwise stated. Rich Vision Social can, however, repurpose said content for other client activity (unless the client holds full ownership of any specific elements such as photography or video, etc.).

Examples of repurposed content could be using the same templates for various social channels over multiple clients, but changing colour schemes, fonts, and imagery to align with branding and business type.

For clients who task Rich Vision Social with the setup of their social media accounts, they retain full ownership rights once setup has been completed and login details have been handed over.

Reseller Conditions

We strive for excellence when managing the social accounts of our clients, and this is reflected in the content created by Rich Vision Social which is thoroughly researched from reputable sources. However, should there be any inaccuracies published on social accounts, we are not liable for any damages inflicted. It remains the clients’ responsibility to monitor content on their social handles and alert their account team if they notice any misinformation. It is also the client’s responsibility to update their account team on any business news and/or changes that should be reflected in their content.

Updates to our Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior warning and at our sole discretion. The change will be effective immediately and your continued use of our service following any such change represents your agreement to these updated terms. We suggest saving this page so you can regularly check for our latest updates to ensure your continued compliance with our terms. 

Any major changes to our terms and conditions will be sent to clients via email at least two weeks in advance of the change taking effect.

Rich Vision Social will not increase rates with less than 90 days’ notice* and the new rate must be approved by the client before any change in direct debit payments be actioned.

*if you are on a special offer or a discounted package this does not apply, but we will give you 30 days notice.

Account Management

Rich Vision Social strives to reply to client queries within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. If contact is made over the weekend, we will respond as soon as possible the next working day.

If you have an urgent request, please mark the subject line of your email accordingly so we can treat it as a priority. This is particularly helpful during busy periods. However, Rich Vision Social is not legally responsible for any loss of earnings or damages should we not respond within 24 hours. You are the sole owner of your social media accounts at all times, therefore liable for activity on those accounts.

Rich Vision Social provides customer support via email only. All official communication must come through our email address – info@richvisionssb.co.uk – or to your dedicated account handler.   

Whilst you can reach us by phone, we cannot guarantee these requests (or any others sent via another channel) will be managed within a timely manner.

Rich Vision Social will offer support to reseller clients’ when agreed upfront and as time allows. The reseller can contact their account handler at Rich Vision Social but retains full control of any onward communication with their clients.

Your Personal Data

Rich Vision Social properly stores and uses client information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data laws.

Upon signing an agreement with Rich Vision Social, clients understand that their information will be added to our internal directory to be able to carry out the required service. This information is stored securely as outlined in our privacy policy. All confidential information such as social media login details and passwords are encrypted and stored behind two-factor authenticated password managers. The onus is on the client to send any confidential information to Rich Vision Social securely. For example, confidential information supplied by email is not our responsibility. On termination of our agreement, all client information is disposed of fully, with only contact information being held for future marketing purposes.
